Laws Study Support Sessions

You will hopefully have found a few spare hours to get stuck into your textbooks over the busy festive period. Even if you haven’t, don’t worry – help is at hand! Laws Study Support sessions not only provide four hours of face-to-face tuition and staff content per course but also provide the opportunity for you to meet with fellow distance learning students.

Tutors will discuss a different topic on each of the courses offered (on the weekends listed below) and tutorials give you the chance to ask as many academic questions as you wish.

Each course costs only 50 Pounds and is held in the University of London’s buildings.

Intermediate courses (CLRI, Contract, Criminal and Public):

8/9 February 2014

15/16 March 2014

Compulsory Finals courses (Land, Tort, Trusts and Jurisprudence):

18/19 January 2014 (limited availability)

8/9 February 2014

5/6 April 2014 (Jurisprudence happens on this date only)

Optional Finals courses (Commercial, Company and EU):

15/16 March 2014

The timetables for all of the above sessions can be found on the VLE, as well as information on how to book your place.

Please don’t hesitate to book, particularly for the March and April sessions, as these prove very popular in preparation for the May examinations!

Please email laws.courses@london.ac.uk if you require any further information.

  1. The weekend study support sessions have been really helpful. There is no substitute for face to face interaction with the professors.
