What does ‘at a proportionate cost’ mean within the Civil Procedure Rules?

In this Vlog I consider a recent case from the High Court which looks at what ‘at a proportionate cost’ means within the scope of the Civil Procedure Rules R1.1. The result provides a salutary warning to those advising litigants as to what will and will not be recoverable post settlement.
